Terms of service

Every quote is priced for one project from the brief and files you send, and is valid for 14 days from the date on it. An estimate marked as an estimate becomes a fixed price once we've confirmed the details listed in it.

A deposit on acceptance, as stated in your quotation, starts the project. The balance is due before final delivery, or before a project website is published.

First drafts from 5 working days on Basic, 7 on Standard, and 21 on the Full package, counted from receipt of the deposit and complete files. Your quote states the timeline for your project. Rush delivery adds 40% to the total.

Basic includes 2 revision rounds, Standard 3, and the Full package 4. Further rounds are priced per round and shown to you before you approve them.

The Full package includes a private project website with 1 year of hosting. Renewal and a custom domain are priced per year after that.
